New Year New Start

Are you looking to start 2021 on a positive note? Why not start with your library account? Now is the perfect time to bring back any and all overdue items, as the library is waiving fines until February 1, 2021.

Though our regular fines for late returns will resume on February 1, we are also offering everyone a clean slate for the new year. This means that all outstanding fines will be cleared from all accounts.

Any long overdue items will remain checked out to you and are still subject to a replacement cost if not returned, or to our usual late fee amount if returned after February 1, so make sure to bring those items back before February 1 to owe nothing and to start with a clean slate!

Vote Now! Gingerbread Disguise Contest

Go to our survey here to vote for your favorite gingerbread people! All entries are viewable at the front door of the library.

Homeschool Hangouts on Zoom Wednesdays at 10

Join our weekly Zoom room for homeschoolers. This will be a virtual space to get together, share tips, or just talk about what’s going on. Whether you've been homeschooling for years or only recently got in the game, we would love to have you with us! All ages welcome!

Don't have a library card? You can pre-register! Just click here to get a limited-use library card.

Although the library building is closed for browsing, we don't want you to miss out on any of the resources we have to offer. We have tons of great stuff available for you at the front entrance during curbside hours:

  • The library newsletter
  • Free magazines
  • Take and Make Craft kits
  • Copies of Book Page magazine and personalized recommendation forms (to help you find new things to read!)
Help yourself to whatever you need!

Take a stroll to see the windows on the east side of the building, where we have a screen showing new books, an I-Spy poster activity, and a Smithsonian poster exhibit.
